我国对外承包工程推动东道国产业结构升级了吗——基于跨国面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：文章利用我国2002~2013年对外承包工程跨国面板数据,系统研究了我国对外承包工程对东道国产业结构升级的影响。结果表明:我国对外承包工程能够显著地促进东道国产业结构升级,且东道国与我国双边制度距离会削弱这一促进效应,具体而言,我国对外承包工程只能促进比我国制度质量低的国家产业结构升级,对比我国制度质量高的国家则缺乏影响。在解决内生性问题和稳健性检验后,文章基本结论依然成立。进一步还发现如果东道国与我国双边关系更好,我国对外承包工程对其产业结构升级的促进作用更为显著。This paper systematically studies the impact of China＇s foreign contracted projects on the upgrading of the industrial structure of the host country by using China＇s cross -country panel data from 2002 to 2013. The results show that China＇s foreign contracted projects can significantly promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of the host country, and the institutional distance between the host country and China will weaken the promotion effect. Specifically, China＇s foreign contracted projects can only promote the upgrading of the in- dustrial structure of the country that low quality of the institution than our country, compared to the high quality of our country is the lack of influence. After solving the endogenous problem and the robustness test, the basic conclusion of this paper is still established. Furthermore, it is found that if the host country has better bilateral relations with China, China＇s foreign contracted projects will have a more significant role in promoting its industrial structure. The conclusion of this paper provides positive evidence for promoting the development of China＇ s foreign contracted projects and strengthening international cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
