政治哲学视角下的高等教育入学公平问题——基于功利主义、新自由主义和社群主义的视角

摘　　要：高等教育入学公平问题与国家社会有着密不可分的关系,它是一个涉及政治学、教育学、社会学等多个学科的问题,这需要我们从教育学的视角去思考,更需要我们对其进行整体地哲学把握。功利主义、新自由主义和社群主义作为当代西方政治思潮中最重要最流行的三种意识形态,为我们研究高等教育入学公平问题提供了一定的理论视角,尤其是社群主义的国家和社会观念对我们促进高等教育入学公平很有借鉴意义。政府和高校应该维护多元主义的讨论环境,倡导各方提出政策建议;通过民主方式决定政策实施,维护少数群体合理权益;通过广泛宣传进行政策普及和实施,保障政策推行和民主监督。Higher education enrollment fairness is closely related to the state and society. It is a question of politics, pedagogy, sociology and so on. It requires us to think from the perspective of peda- gogy and other subjects and take it as a whole. Utilitarianism, neoliberalism and communitarianism, as the most important and popular three ideologies in the contemporary western political thoughts, provide the certain macro perspective for us to study the higher education enrollment fairness, especially the so- cialism of communitarianism is of great reference for us to promote the fairness of higher education.
