注射用透明质酸钠复合溶液填充治疗颈部皱纹疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察透明质酸钠复合溶液真皮层注射治疗颈部皱纹的临床疗效。方法:选择颈部皱纹1~4级患者,外敷麻药后将透明质酸钠复合溶液以真皮层注射的方式填充于其颈部皱纹,每隔28~30d注射1次,共注射2次。客观评价:拍照记录治疗前后颈纹的变化,并结合Antera 3D相机进行定量分析;主观评价:医生对治疗效果进行评价,采用0~4级分类法;患者对疗效满意度进行4级评分。结果:共15例患者纳入研究,所有患者颈纹均有改善,改善度评分为2.86±0.52,其中有80%的患者改善率>50%(评分为3或4),86.7%的患者对疗效满意。结论:使用注射用复合型透明质酸钠溶液改善颈部皱纹是一种有效、安全的方法。Objective To evaluatethe efficacy of injectable compound solution of hyaluronic acidin the treatment of horizontal neck wrinkles. Methods The horizontal neck wrinkles were divided into 5 grades. A total of 15 patients with horizontal neck wrinkles（grade I^IV） underwent twice intradermal injection treatment of compound solution of hyaluronic acid. Photos were taken bydigital SLR camera and Antera 3D camera. A blinded evaluator assessed patients every 30 days after the initial treatment session for 60 days. Results All the patients experienced significant improvement in their horizontal neck wrinkles. The improvement score was 2.86±0.52. Conclusion Injectable compound solution of HA was efficacious and resulted in high patientimprovement scores in improving horizontal neck wrinkles.
