摘　　要：富血小板血浆(PRP)为高度浓缩的血小板,其中富含多种生长因子,它可以促进细胞增生和分化,临床已逐渐应用于口腔、整形、骨科、耳鼻喉科、神经外科等领域的组织修复中,本文综述了富血小板血浆治疗雄激素性秃发的临床进展,并分析了其利弊及展望。Platelet-Rich Plasma（PRP）is a highly concentrated platelet.It is rich in a variety of growth factors, which can promote cell proliferation and differentiation. PRP has been gradually used in the tissue repair in the fields of oral cavity, plastic surgery, orthopedics, ENT, neurosurgery and so on. In this article, we review the clinical progress of platelet rich plasma （PRP） in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia, and analyze its advantages and disadvantages and its future prospects.
