果酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨果酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:将90例痤疮患者随机分为3组,每组30例。治疗组:果酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗;对照1组:单纯果酸治疗;对照2组:单纯口服盐酸米诺环素治疗。果酸治疗每2周1次,口服盐酸米诺环素100mg,1次/d,共治疗6周。结果:治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照1组为56.7%,对照2组为53.3%,治疗组与对照1组、对照2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:果酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗寻常性痤疮疗效优于两者单独应用。Objective To explore the efficacy for treating Avne Vulgaris by Glycolic Acid Peeling with Minocycline. Methods Ninety patients were enrolled in treatment group, control 1 and 2 group randomly.Thirty patients of treatment group were treated twice a month for six weeks by Glycolic Acid combining with Minocycline 100mg one time a day for six weeks Thirty patients of control 1 group were treated by Glycolic Acid and the 30 patients of control 2 group taking Minocycline only respectively. Results The markedly effective rate of treatment group 83.3% and that control 1 group and control 2 group was 56.7% and 53.3% respectively.The markedly effective rate of control 1 group and control 2 group was significantly lower than that of treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Glycolic Acid Peeling combining with Minocycline is more effective in treatment ofAvne Vulgaris than the Glycolic Acid and Minocycline respectively.
