摘  要:Paraloid B-72是文物保护领域使用最广泛的一种高分子材料,但对其结构和耐老化性能认识并不十分清楚。利用核磁共振(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等手段探究B-72的分子结构,同时利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)监测B-72热老化和光老化过程。结果表明,B-72是甲基丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸甲酯组成的二元共聚物,具有较好的热稳定性,但在光老化过程中其分子结构发生了明显变化,尤其是羰基和酯基峰强度出现了明显的降低。因此,未经改性的B-72不宜作为露天文物保护材料。Paraloid B-72 was the most widely used polymer material in the field of cultural relic protection, but its structure and anti-aging properties was not very clear. The molecular structure of B-72 has been explored by means of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Meanwhile, heat aging and photo-degrading of the B-72 was monitored by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results show that B-72 is the copolymer of ethyl methacrylate and methyl acrylate, which has better thermal stability. However, the structure of B-72 changed during the photo-degrading process, especially the carbonyl peak and ester peak obviously decreased. Therefore, the unmodified B-72 photo-stability was bad use as an open cultural relics protection material.
