摘 要:采用自行研制的浸润性测定系统,研究了环氧树脂对沥青焦和电煅煤的静态浸润过程,分析了粒度分布、加热温度、浸润时间、堆积密度对环氧树脂与固体原料静态浸润性能的影响规律。研究表明,适当增加粒度分布、提高加热温度、延长浸润时间、降低堆积密度均可改善环氧树脂对沥青焦和电煅煤的静态浸润效果。研究环氧树脂与铝用炭素材料固体原料的静态浸润特征规律,有利于确定环氧树脂在混捏过程中的最佳配入量,对于环保型铝用炭素材料的设计和开发具有重要意义。The static wetting process of epoxy resin to solid materials of carbon materials for aluminum electrolysis was measured by self-made wetting behaviour apparatus, and the effects of many factors on static wettability of epoxy resin were investigated, such as size distribution, heating temperature, infiltrating time and bulk density. The results indicate that the static wetting effect of epoxy resin to coal derived pitch coke and calcined anthracite coal can be improved with the increase of size distribution, heating temperature, infiltrating time, and the decrease of bulk density. The static wetting characteristic of epoxy resin to solid materials of carbon materials for aluminum electrolysis is conductive to determine the optimal amount of epoxy resin in the kneading process, the design and development of environmentally-friendly carbon materials for aluminum electrolysis.
