摘 要:采用正交设计方法研究了β沸石填充低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)复合膜的热封性能,详细探讨了β沸石用量、热封温度、热封时间和热封压力等条件对复合膜热封强度的影响情况。结果显示,β沸石用量对β沸石填充LDPE/LLDPE复合膜热封强度的影响最大。β沸石的添加改变了复合膜的配方组成,对薄膜热封强度的影响程度明显超过了热封工艺条件的影响。在热封温度、热封时间和热封压力三因素中,热封时间对复合薄膜的热封性能影响非常显著,远高于热封温度和热封压力的影响程度;热封温度和热封压力对复合膜热封强度的影响不太显著。The orthogonal design method was used to study the heat sealing performance of β-zeolite filled low density polyethylene (LDPE)/linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) composite films, and the dependence of the film heat sealing strength on zeolite content, heat sealing temperature, time, and pressure was discussed in detail. Experimental results show that the zeolite loading has the greatest influence on the thermal sealing strength of zeolite-filled LDPE/LLDPE composite films, indicating that the addition of inorganic zeolite varied the film formula of composite films so as to affect the film heat-sealing performance more greatly than heat-sealing technological conditions. Among three factors, heat-sealing time can influence the heat-sealing property of composite films very obviously, far higher than the other two. The heat sealing temperature and pressure are both seen to not substantially affect the film heat sealing strength.
