骨盆按旋法治疗骶髂关节错位及耻骨联合分离的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析日式骨盆矫正压按旋法治疗骶髂关节错位以及耻骨联合分离的临床疗效。方法择取2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的150例骶髂关节错位以及耻骨联合分离者为研究对象,对其开展日式骨盆矫正压按旋法治疗,10 d后,分析治疗效果。结果治愈100例,有效47例,无效3例。总有效率为98.00%。临床疗效显著。结论骶髂关节错位以及耻骨联合分离严重影响患者身心健康,日式骨盆矫正压按旋法有着安全性强,实用性高,临床效果显著等优势,其在治疗上述两种疾病方面具有明显临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Japanese pelvic compression and rotation manipulation in the treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation and pubic symphysis separation. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 150 cases of sacroiliac joint dislocation and pubic symphysis separation were selected as the research object in our hospital, to carry out its Japanese kneading method in the treatment of pelvic correction, after 10 d, the curative effect was analyzed. Results 100 cases were cured, 47 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 98.00%. The clinical curative effect was remarkable. Conclusion Sacroiliac joint dislocation and pubic symphysis separation are seriously affect the health of patients. Pelvic pressure correction of Japanese kneading method has a strong safety, high practicability, significant clinical effect and other advantages, has obvious clinical effect in the treatmentof these two diseases.
