Efficacy of Levosimanton Combined With Freeze-Dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Treatment of Decompensated Heart Failure

摘  要:目的探讨左西孟坦联合新活素(冻干重组人脑利钠肽)治疗失代偿心衰的效果。方法将2015年5月—2017年4月60例失代偿心衰患者作为研究对象依据随机原则分组,每组30例。对照组进行常规治疗+左西孟坦治疗,联合用药组则在常规治疗基础上用左西孟坦联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果联合用药组失代偿心衰治疗效果高于对照组,水肿消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、心率开始减慢时间短于对照组,两组患者均未出现严重副作用。结论左西孟坦联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗失代偿心衰的疗效确切,可有效改善心功能和肺动脉压,加速症状消退,降低心率,缩短疗程,改善患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of levosimendan combined with activin (freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretie peptide) on decompensated heart failure. Methods 60 patients with decompensated heart failure from May 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy + levosimendan, and the combination group was treated with levosimendan combined with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natrinrctic peptide on the basis of routine therapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of decompensated heart failure in combination group was higher than that in control group, the time of disappearance of edema, the time of disappearance of cough and the slowing down of heart rate were shorter than those of control group. No serious side effects were found in both groups. Conclusion The efficacy of levosimanton combined with freezedried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of decompensated heart failure is effective, which can improve the cardiac ftmction and pulmonary artery pressure, accelerate the symptoms subsided, reduce the heart rate, shorten the course of treatment, improve the prognosis of patients.
