比索洛尔在原发性高血压伴心功能不全患者中的治疗作用探讨

摘　　要：目的研究比索洛尔在原发性高血压伴心功能不全患者中的治疗作用。方法选取我院120例(2015年4月17日—2017年1月17日)原发性高血压伴心功能不全患者为本次的研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(比索洛尔治疗)、对照组(常规治疗),每组60例。经过一段时间的治疗之后。对两组患者的血压、心率、不良反应等指数进行检测。结果观察组患者治疗后心脏收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组,P<0.05,两组均没有出现明显的不良反应,P>0.05。结论采用比索洛尔在治疗原发性高血压伴心功能不全患者的过程中,能够有效降低患者血压,减少不良反应,具有非常好的治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of bisoprolol in the treatment of essential hypertension with cardiac dysfunction. Methods 120 cases of primary hypertension patients with heart failure were selected as the object of this study （ from April 17, 2015 to January 17, 2017）, they were randomly divided into observation group （bisoprolol treatment） and control group （routine treatment）, 60 cases in each group. After a period of treatment, the blood pressure, heart rate, adverse reactions and other indexes of the two groups were examined. Results The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05, and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the 2 groups, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Bisoprolol can effectively reduce blood pressure and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with primary hypertension accompanied by cardiac dysfunction, and has a very good therapeutic effect.
