氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压合并冠心病的临床治疗效果。方法选择我院2015年11月—2016年11月收入的高血压合并冠心病患者120例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组60例,给予对照组氨氯地平治疗,给予研究组氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察比较两组血压及血脂水平变化、不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组血压、血脂指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可有效控制血压、降低血脂。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of hypertension with coronary heart disease in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given amlodipine for treatment, and the study group was given amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets for treatment, the changes of the levels of blood pressure and blood lipid as well as the adverse reactions were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of blood pressure and serum lipid parameter of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion Amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively control blood pressure, decrease blood lipid.
