经阴低机械指数超声造影检查在常见宫腔病变诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析常见宫腔病变诊断中,经阴低机械指数静脉超声造影检查的应用效果。方法将60例宫腔病变患者行经阴常规超声检查及经阴低机械指数静脉超声造影检查,分析患者的检查结果。结果常规超声对宫腔病变的误诊率为18.33%,高于超声造影的3.33%,P<0.05。结论经阴低机械指数静脉超声造影检查对宫腔病变的诊断效率高。Objective To analyze the common uterine lesions diagnosed by low mechanical index transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods 60 cases of intrauterine lesions were examined by transvaginal ultrasonography with low mechanical index. The results of the patients were analyzed. Results The rate of missed diagnosis of routine ultrasound in uterine cavity lesions was 18.33%, higher than 3.33% of ultrasound contrast, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The diagnosis of intrauterine lesions by intravenous ultrasonography with low mechanical index is high.
