高水平消毒的简易呼吸球囊存储效期的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨简易呼吸球囊经高水平消毒后的存储效期,为消毒供应中心科学管理该类物品的存储效期及临床安全使用提供依据。方法将临床科室送至消毒供应中心的50套简易呼吸球囊采用高水平消毒,安装检测合格后使用经环氧乙烷灭菌的自封袋包装,送至临床科室(ICU、手术室等科室除外),统一存储于治疗室的抢救车内,于消毒后保存28天、2个月、3个月、4个月、5个月、6个月时分别采样,进行细菌学培养。结果不同储存效期的简易呼吸球囊的细菌培养均合格。结论经过高水平消毒后,存放于临床科室的简易呼吸球囊存储6个月是安全有效的。Objective To investigate simple breathing balloons＇ shelf- time after high levels disinfection to provide evidences for scientifically managing these products and safely using at clinic environment. Methods Using the high level disinfection method to handle 50 pieces of simple breathing balloon which were recycled from the clinic departments, after checking they would packed by the zip lock bags that were sterilized by ethylene oxide. And then these simple breathing balloons were sent to the clinic departments（except ICU, Surgery departments） to store in the rescue carriages, after stored 28 days, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months and 6 months would be sampled and did the bacteriological culture. Results During the different storage date, these simple breath balloons＇ bacteriological culture were negative and qualified. Conclusion After HLD, all simple breathing balloons can store and safely use as long as 6 months.
