摘　　要：目的研究腔镜操微视频健康教育对妇科腹腔镜患者术后气腹并发症的影响。方法选择2017年4月—2017年5月在我病区行腹腔镜手术患者90例,随机分为对照组45例和观察组45例,对照组进行常规的腔镜操健康教育,观察组观看腔镜操健康教育微视频,比较两组术后患者气腹并发症的发生情况。结果观察组术后气腹并发症发生率低于对照组。结论腔镜操微视频健康教育降低了妇科腹腔镜患者术后气腹并发症的发生。Objective To study the effect of endoscopic video health education on postoperative pneumoperitoneum complications in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods From April 2017 to May 2017,90 patients for laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group （45 cases） and observation group（45 cases）, the control group was given routine endoscopic operation of health education, the observation group was given laparoscopic operation watch health education micro video, the incidence of complications of patients with abdominal gas were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pneumoperitoneum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Endoscopic video teaching reduces the incidence of pneumoperitoneum complications in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.
