摘 要:用于挤压空心型材的分流模较平模更易失效,其失效原因多为分流桥断裂引起的。分析了蝶形模和半球状分流模两种改进型分流模的特点,设计出一种拱形分流桥结构,并采用Deform 3D软件对拱形桥分流模挤压过程进行分析。结果表明,与传统分流模相比,采用拱形桥结构可以减小坯料对模桥的冲击,使最大挤压载荷降低11.1%。通过改善模桥的应力分布和应力集中情况,使最大等效应力降低32.2%,有效减小了模桥的开裂失效倾向。The porthole die for extruding hollow sections is more likely to fail than the flat die mostly due to the breakage of the porthole bridge. A new die with arched porthole bridge is designed based on the analysis of the butterfly die and hemispherical die. The extrusion process of the new die was investigated by Deform 3D based on the finite volume method compared with traditional porthole die. The results show that the arched bridge structure can reduce the impact on the mold bridge by the billet, reduce the maximum extrusion load by 11.1% ,improve the stress distribution and stress concentration of the mold bridge, and reduce the maximum effected stress by 32.2%. Thus the new die with arched bridge can effectively reduce the mold bridge cracking failure tendency.
