摘　　要：基于斯特林制冷机的低温冰箱具有体积小、重量轻、便于携带运输的优点,同时可以实现+4^-80℃宽温区冷冻冷藏功能。为了提高降温速率,提升冰箱寿命,通过箱体绝热设计、制冷机冷量传输设计及箱内温度均匀性仿真分析等,设计并制作了一台基于2台气体轴承斯特林制冷机对置式布置的低温冰箱样机,搭建测试系统对其性能进行了初步测试。基于气体轴承斯特林制冷机的低温冰箱冷冻腔容积为27L,在不放置样品的情况下,冷冻腔能够在5h内降温至-80℃。The portable low - temperature refrigerator with small volume and low weight based on the Stifling cryocooler is an ideal solution for the medical cryopreservation and transportation because of the characteristics of wide temperature range（ from - 80℃ to ＋4℃ ） and high control precision of temperature. A low - temperature refrigerator prototype based on two gas - beating Stifling eryocoolers was designed and fabricated based on the calculation of adiabaticity, cooling capacity demand and temperature distribution to improve the cooling rate and increase the refrigerator life. The performance of the low, temperature refrigerator was tested in experiments. The low - temperature refrigerator had a freezing volume of 27 liters and can be cooled down to - 80℃ within 5 hours without the sample.
