摘　　要：目的研究中孕期母血清学三联筛查与四联筛查的效能对比。方法本院2016年7月至2017年1月初开展646例血清学孕中期产前筛查,评估孕妇可能怀唐氏综合征胎儿的风险值。利用筛查软件对比三联筛查与四联筛查阳性率及检出率的变化。结果四联筛查唐氏阳性率为4.3%,而三联筛查阳性率为7.1%。结论四联筛查能显著提高筛查效率。Objective To compare the efficacy of triple screening and quadruple screening for maternal serum during pregnancy. Methods Between July 2016 and early January 2017, 646 cases of prenatal serologic prenatal screening were performed to assess the risk of pregnant women who may have Down＇s syndrome. Screening software was used to compare the positive rate and detection rate of triple and quadruple screening. Results Four-screened Down＇s positive rate was 4.3%, while the triple positive rate of screening was 7.1%. Conclusion Four-screening can significantly improve screening efficiency.
