艾拉莫德联合甲氨碟呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究艾拉莫德联合甲氨碟呤治疗类风湿关节炎临床效果。方法病例资料来源于我院2014年4月至2015年1月就诊的83例类风湿关节炎患者。随机分组方法:编号单双数方法。83例患者分为单用组和联合组。单用组给予单独甲氨蝶呤治疗;联合组给予艾拉莫德联合甲氨碟呤治疗。结果 (1)联合组对比单用组缓解率更高,P<0.05;(2)干预前两组晨僵时间、血沉、C反应蛋白、das28相似,P>0.05;干预1年联合组对比单用组晨僵时间、血沉、C反应蛋白、das28改善更显著,P<0.05。结论艾拉莫德联合甲氨碟呤治疗类风湿关节炎临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状和实验室指标,缩短晨僵时间,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Ira Maude combined with methotrexate treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods The case data were collected from 83 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from April 2014 to January 2015. Methods Randomly divided into single and double number method. 83 patients were divided into single use group and combined group. The single group given a single methotrexate treatment; combined treatment group was treated with methotrexate treatment of Ira Maude. Results Qthe combined group contrast group remission rate higher, P〈0.05; ~intervention in two groups before morning stiffiaess time, erythroeyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C reactive protein, DAS28 similar, P〉0.05; intervention in combination group compared with single group of morning stiffness time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C reactive protein, DAS28 improved more significantly, P〈0.05. Conclusion Igttratimod methotrexate in treating rheumatoid arthritis clinical effect is effective, effectively improve the patients clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes, shorten the time of morning stiffness, which is worthy to be popularized.
