摘　　要：目的分析抗生素微生物检定法测定土霉素片含量的系统误差。方法采用容量分析法操作。结果土霉素片的含量为(101.6±3.4)%。结论该方法条理清晰、简便、准确,可有效评价土霉素含量测定所带来的不确定度,并能较好地分析其中每一个检验步骤带来的误差,以便综合性考虑该药品的质量。Objective To analyze the systematic errors in the determination of Terramycin Tablets by microbiological assay of antibiotics.Methods The volumetric analysis was adopted. Results The content of Terramycin Tablets was（ 101. 6 ± 3. 4） %. Conclusion The method is clear,simple and accurate,it can effectively evaluate the uncertainty caused by the content determination of terramycin,and can well analyze the errors caused by each inspection step in the determination of terramycin content,so as to comprehensively consider the quality of the drug.
