摘 要:锁闭杆是ZYJG10电液转辙机的关键零件。在电液转辙机动作转换中,要求锁闭杆移动无卡阻。针对锁闭杆移动卡阻问题,以锁闭杆为研究对象,从工件结构特点入手,对其加工过程进行分析,找出出现问题的原因,并制定相应的措施,解决了锁闭杆薄壁杆件的加工变形等问题,使锁闭杆加工质量得到大幅度提高,确保了电液转辙机装配的顺利,提高了生产效率,实现了电液转辙机动作转换中锁闭杆移动无卡阻,保证了锁闭杆对道岔尖轨位置的副锁闭功能。Locking rod is key component for ZYJG10 electric switch machines. The locking rod is required to move free of any jam in the process of movement conversion for electric switch machine. For the problem of locking rod about moving obstructive,this paper is focused on locking rod. It will discover the cause of the problems and propose certain appropriate counter measures about locking rod taking locking rod structural characteristics as a breakthrough point by analyzing locking rod processing to solve the problem of machining deformation of thin-walled bar about locking rod. The machining quality of locking rod is improved, the smooth assembly of the electric switch machines is ensured, and the productivity is increased. Thus, moving free of any jam of locking rod in the movement conversion process of electric switch machines is achieved, and auxiliary locking function of locking rod turnout switch rail is guaranteed.
