温阳益气活血利水法治疗心衰病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳益气活血利水法治疗心衰病的临床疗效。方法:将80例心衰病(慢性心力衰竭)患者按随机数字表法分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组采用西医基础治疗,观察组在此基础上联合具有益气温阳活血利水功效的方案(口服自拟心衰方联合参芪扶正注射液超声脉冲电导导入心俞穴)治疗4周。结果:1、3、6月后随访发现:观察组的中医证候积分、Lee氏积分、明尼苏达生活质量评分、NT-pro-BNP水平、LVEF值均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P值<0.05。组内比较:观察组1月的中医证候积分、Lee积分、明尼苏达生活质量评分、NT-pro-BNP水平、LEVF值均优于3、6月的结果,差异有统计学意义,P值<0.05。结论:温阳益气活血利水法治疗心衰病具有较好的临床疗效,同时心衰病需要长期的中医药综合干预。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of heart failure（ HF） treatment by the method of warming yang and reinforcing qi,activating blood and promoting diuresis. Methods： 80 cases with chronic heart failure（ CHF） were divided into the treatment group（ n = 40） and the control group（ n = 40） according to random number table. The control group was treated with basic western medicine treatment,whereas the treatment group was added with self-made oral traditional formula for HF and Shenqi Fuzheng Injection conductance by ultrasonic pulse at the acupoint of BL15 for four weeks. Results： The TCM symptom score,Lee score,MLWHF score,NT-pro-BNP,and LVEF of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group one month,three months and six months after the treatments,and the differences were of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The results of one month were better than those of three months and six months. Conlusion： The method of warming yang and reinforcing qi,activating blood and promoting diuresis has a good effect on patients with CHF,and comprehensive Chinese medical intervention should be applied.
