穴注足三里联合枳实消痞丸外敷治疗剖宫产初产妇胃肠功能的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴注足三里联合枳实消痞丸外敷对剖宫产初产妇产后胃肠道功能的影响。方法:选择2014年5月~2016年12月于本院进行剖宫产初产妇108例,随机分为对照组(58例)和观察组(50例)。对照组给予剖宫产术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予初产妇穴位注射联合中药外敷。对比两组肠鸣音恢复时间、自主排气时间、自主排便时间及腹部不适感发生情况。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、自主排气时间、自主排便时间均较对照组明显缩短,腹部不适感发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后穴注足三里联合中药外敷能有效促进初初产妇术后胃肠道功能恢复。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on acupoint injection into Zusanlil（ST36） combine with Zhishi Xiaopi pills for maternal gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Methods 108 cases of maternal after cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, one is control group which including 58 cases, another is observation group which including 50 cases. The control group received regular nursing after the operation and the observation group received regular nursing and additional acupoint injection and Zhishi Xiaopi pills. Then compared the recovery time of bowel sound, gas passage by anus and defecation and rate of abdominal distension of those delivery women after the operation. Results The recovery time of bowel sound, gas passage by anus was shorter than those in control group（P〈0.05）. the occurrence rate abdominal distension of those delivery women in observation group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint injection into ST36 combine with Zhishi Xiaopi pills has great effected in improving the gastrointestinal function recovery of delivery women who have first Cesarean Section operation.
