中药敷脐结合腹部按摩治疗颅脑外伤便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究中药敷脐结合腹部按摩解决颅脑外伤患者便秘的效果。方法:60例颅脑外伤合并便秘患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上加用中药敷脐结合腹部按摩。比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,而对照组治疗总有效率为73.3%,观察组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药敷脐结合腹部按摩较常规方法更有效的调理胃肠蠕动功能,促进排便,是一种安全、有效的外治疗法。Objective ： To explore the effect of Chinese medicine deposited umbilical combined with abdominal massage for constipation in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods ： A total of 60 patients with craniocerebral trauma combined constipation ,sere divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing method. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine deposited umbilical combined with abdominal massage. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result ： The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%. The observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine deposited umbilical and abdominal massage are more effective in regulating gastrointestinal peristalsis and promoting defecation, it is a safe and effective external treatment.
