摘　　要：目的 验证新型国产覆膜支架的长期安全性能.方法 绵羊12只,分为2组,每组6只.分别进行胸主动脉覆膜支架实验和腹主动脉覆膜支架实验.存活180d后行主动脉造影复查,观察支架位置,形态.然后处死,进行大体解剖和病理检查.结果 实验组12只绵羊,支架取出前造影见支架位置良好,无明显移位,无支架断裂.植入物被上皮细胞完全覆盖,无血栓成形.植入的支架与血管结合紧密,支架内壁组织光滑,无明显有肿胀及相关损伤或炎症,没有巨细胞或肉芽肿迹象.结论 新型国产覆膜主动脉支架具有良好的长期生物安全性.Objective To study the long-term in vivo safety of a new domestic-developed endovascular stent graft in sheep model.Methods 12 sheeps were divided into 2 groups： thoracic aortic stent group and abdominal aortic stent group.Aortogram were performed to observe the position and geometry of the stent grafts after 180 days implantation.Then,the sheep were euthanized,gross and histopathologic study were executed.Results Twelve experimental animals have good recovery,all stent grafts were successfully delivered and deployed,neighter stent malposition nor endoleak were observed after 180 days implantations.Endothelial coverage was complete through the entire length of all the thoracic and abdominal implants.There was no thrombus formation.There was no inflammatory response to the stent struts and generally no to occasionally minimal inflammatory response to the graft or ties.Conclusion The sheep model is suitable to study the long-term in vivo safety for endovascular stent grafts,and the long-term in vivo safety of a new domestic-developed endovascular stent graft is achieved in sheep model.
