少数民族传统文化的价值提炼与嫁接传承——以少数民族传统习俗仪式的司法礼仪借鉴为例

摘　　要：少数民族习俗注重仪式感,通过仪式形成氛围,引导受众进入仪式环境;通过仪式调动受众情绪,引导受众积极参与仪式活动;通过仪式激活受众认知,促进受众认可活动效果。在少数民族习俗的仪式价值探究基础上,以司法礼仪对少数民族仪式价值的借鉴为例,对少数民族仪式价值的拓展进行了研究,试图探索一种全新的民族传统文化传承模式,即通过对民族传统文化元素进行提炼并嫁接到现代流行文化上,通过现代流行文化的传播传承民族传统文化。The ethnic customs of minorities value the ceremony. It forms the atmosphere,guides the audience into the environment,mobilizes the audience emotions and facilitates their participation through the ceremony. The ceremony promotes the audience to accept the activities. Looks into the ceremonies of the minority customs and studies the expansion of the ethnic rituals with the reference to the judicial etiquette of minority the value of the national ceremony. It tries to explore a new model of national traditional culture heritage,namely through refining the traditional culture elements and grafting to the modern popular culture,which disseminates the traditional ethnic cultural heritage through modern popular culture.
