摘　　要：垃圾渗滤液处理在市政工程领域已得到较广泛应用,但至今尚无统一的工程消耗量标准可为项目投资估算、设计概算和施工图预算编制提供计价基础依据。结合全国统一市政工程消耗量新标准的发布实施,基于专业定额对比分析法示例,阐析垃圾渗滤液处理工程定额的编制方法、技术路线、子目规划、消耗量测定、水平测算及其应用扩展,为各地区、部门专业工程定额的编制提供基准参考,为市政项目投资工程造价的确定与控制提供关键技术指引。Landfill leachate treatment has been widely used in the municipal engineering field, but so far there is no unified engineering consumption standard that can provide the cost measurement basis for compilation of project investment estimation, design budget and construction drawing estimate. Com- bined with the promulgation of the unified national municipal engineering consumption standard, based on an example of comparative analysis of the professional quota, the compilation method, technical route, subitem planning, consumption measurement and cost level measurement of quota for landfill leachate treatment project as well as its application extension were expounded to provide reference for the compilation of the professional ,quota in various regions and sectors and to provide a key technical guidance for determination and control of engineering cost for investment in municipal projects.
