摘  要:广西某环保产业园印染废水处理厂设计规模为10×10~4m^3/d,首期为5×10~4m^3/d,采用选择性物化处理单元与"水解酸化+接触氧化"生物处理单元相结合的CEAO工艺。工程稳定运行之后,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准,脱水后污泥进入热电厂与煤掺烧,实现了资源化利用。介绍了工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数并进行了分析,可为同类工程设计提供借鉴。The wastewater treatment plant in environmental protection industrial park in Guangxi Province was designed with total capacity of 10 ×10^4m^3/d, 5 ×10^4m^3/d for the first phase. The hydrolytic acidification/aerobic process combined with selective physico-chemical treatment process (China Ever Anaerobic Oxidation process) were applied. After stable operation of the system was achieved, the effluent quality could meet the first level grade B standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Mu- nicipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). Dewatered sludge could be reutilized by blend- ing with coal in a thermal power plant. This paper introduces the process flow of the project and the de- sign parameters of the main structures, and provides a reliable reference for the similar engineering design.
