咽喉反流性疾病患者延伸护理的记录表达

摘　　要：目的探讨咽喉反流性疾病患者延伸护理的记录表达。方法便利抽样法选取某院2016年1月-5月收治的36例咽喉反流性疾病患者为实验组,该组患者出院后实施延伸护理并记录;收集2015年8月-12月本研究开展前的36例咽喉反流性疾病患者为对照组。应用自制的《咽喉反流性疾病患者遵医行为调查问卷》对两组患者进行调查。结果实验组出院后1个月、3个月遵医行为分数分别为25.25±1.44分和23.28±2.06分,经统计学处理,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为27.92、20.94;P<0.001)。结论出院后实施延伸护理可以满足咽喉反流性疾病患者的康复需求、提高患者遵医行为;规范、详细的延伸护理记录为该类疾病的连续治疗提供了准确信息,也为临床护理研究的开展提供了可靠的数据资源。Objective To investigate the record and expression of extended nursing care in patients with Laryngopharyngeal Reflux disease. Methods 36 cases with reflux disease treated in a hospital from January 2016 to May 2016 were selected by convenient sampling method as experimental group. This group was taken extended nursing care after discharge and was recorded. To collect 36 patients from August to December 2015 before research carried out as control group. Two groups of patients were investigated by using self-governing Questionnaire survey on compliance behavior of patients with reflux disease. Results The behavior scores of the experimental group after 1 months and 3 months were 25.25±1.44 and 23.28±2.06 respectively, were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（T values were 27.92,20.94,P〈0.001）. Conclusion Extended nursing after discharge can meet the rehabilitation needs of patients with reflux disease and improve the compliance behavior; Standardized and detailed extended nursing records provide accurate information for the continuous treatment of such diseases and provide reliable data resources for the development of clinical nursing research.
