摘 要:应用名义应力法估算巨型压机C型机架的疲劳寿命时,疲劳综合系数是关键参数。基于疲劳模拟试验原理和相似性准则,建立缩小的相似模型。在此基础上,同时考虑实际零件的应力集中、尺寸和表面加工的相互影响,推导出拉伸作用下的疲劳综合系数修正表达式。利用新表达式分析和计算缺口试样的疲劳寿命,与测试结果基本一致,并通过对两种系数修正结果的对比,进一步说明经新表达式修正后效果更好。运用此计算式可方便地得到C型机架疲劳综合系数,可为其疲劳寿命评估提供参考。When the fatigue life of C-type frame of huge pressure machine is estimated by nominal stress method,the fatigue comprehensive coefficient is a critical parameter. Based on the principle of fatigue simulation test and principle of similarity,the simulated scaledmodel was established. On this basis,simultaneously considering interactions between three factors( stress concentration,size,and surface processing),a fatigue comprehensive coefficient modified expression was presented. A notched-sample fatigue life was analyzed and calculated by new expression,and it was basically accord with the test value. Furthermore,comparing modification results of the two coefficients,the new modified expression is more effective. The fatigue comprehensive coefficient of C-type frame can be conveniently obtained by new modification formula,which provides important basis for its fatigue life assessment.
