摘  要:基于晶体缺陷机理,并利用计算机有限元仿真软件进行6061铝合金冷、热镦粗成形模拟对比试验。在工具运动速度及材料平均变形速度均保持不变的条件下,将6061铝合金分别置于室温20℃与加热温度350℃状态下进行自由镦粗成形,热变形时锻件高径尺寸满足要求而冷变形时尺寸达不到规格。试验结果分析表明了晶体缺陷机理对铝合金塑性变形的多方面影响,并肯定了热镦粗工艺比冷镦粗工艺更适用于铝合金模锻前制坯的方法,因为热成形有利于减少金属内部的晶体缺陷运动阻碍。Based on the mechanism of crystal defect,the simulation experiment of cold and hot upsetting for aluminum alloy 6061 was conducted by the finite element software. Under the condition that the movement speed of tool and the average deformation rate of material remained unchanged,aluminum alloy 6061 was subjected to free upsetting at room temperature of 20 ℃ and the heating temperature of350 ℃. And the height and diameter of the forging part can meet the requirement in the hot deformation process,however it can not reach the specifications in the cold deformation. The analysis of the test results show that the mechanism of crystal defects has many effects on the plastic deformation of metal,and the method of the hot upsetting process is more suitable for the aluminum alloy die forging,because hot forming is beneficial to reduce the movement barrier of the crystal defects in the metal.
