国外基于OA2020的学术出版服务及启示

摘　　要：图书馆开放获取出版服务已成为时代发展的必然要求,研究国外基于OA2020的开放获取出版模式,有助于促进我国图书馆更好地开展学术出版服务。本文在解读OA2020的基础上,分析国外开展开放获取学术出版服务的具体模式:图书馆资助出版、众筹出版、高校补贴出版,提出对我国图书馆开展学术出版服务的启示:成立图书馆联盟,加强与出版社、众筹网站等机构的合作,组建机构知识库等。The open access publishing service of library has become the inevitable requirement of the times development, and stud- ying foreign open access publishing modes based on OA2020 helps the Chinese libraries to develop academic publishing service better. Based on the interpretation of OA2020, this paper analyzes the specific mode of foreign open access academic publishing service which includes library funding, crowd-funding and college subvention publishing. The enlightenments on the academic publishing service in Chinese library include establishing library alliance, strengthening cooperation with press and crowd-site and forming institutional repository.
