摘  要:本文旨在从使用特性、用户特性和系统特性的分析视角探究图书馆服务功能IT消费化的用户采纳意愿,对于构建个性化、移动化、智能化的数字图书馆具有积极意义。通过整合感知控制理论、个体创新性理论、自我效能感以及技术接受模型提出研究假设并建立理论模型。以中部地区8所高校图书馆的师生用户为实证研究样本,以情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式获取361份有效数据,并采用结构方程模型的方法展开分析。结果显示,感知控制能正向影响感知便利性、感知易用性和感知有用性;感知自我效能正向影响感知控制和感知便利性,个体创新性正向影响感知控制和感知有用性;感知易用性对感知便利性和感知有用性均有正向促进作用,感知便利性和感知有用性均能正向影响采纳意愿,而感知易用性不影响采纳意愿。This paper aims to explore the userg adoption intention of IT consmerization in service functions of library from the per- spective of usage characteristics, user characteristics and system characteristics. This research has positive significance to construct the personalized, mobile and intelligent digital library. The research hypothesis is put forward and the theoretical mode is established by integrating control theory, individual innovation theory, sell-efficacy theory and technology acceptance mode. Taking the students and teachers of eight university libraries in the central part of China as the empirical study samples, 361 valid data are obtained by means of situational experiment and questionnaire interview, and the structural equation mode is used to analyze the data. The results shows that perceived control can positively affect perceived convenience, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness~ perceived self-effieacy positively affects perceived convenience and perceived control, individual innovation positively affects perceived control and perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived convenience and perceived usefulness. Perceived con venience and perceived usefulness both have a positive effect on adoption intention, and perceived ease of use has no effect on adoption intention.
