试析连续出版物更名的编目方法

摘　　要：连续出版物出现题名变更是一种常见现象。当更名属于主要形式时,应为新题名单独编制一条记录,并在该记录中选择相应的4--字段与旧题名记录相连接;当更名属于次要形式时,无需为新题名单独编制记录,只需对原记录做适当的修改,即用新题名及其卷期编号替换旧题名及其卷期编号,同时用520字段为旧题名设置检索点。It is a common phenomenon to rename the serials. When the renaming belongs to main form, it should be recorded as a new title which should be linked to the old title with appropriate 4--field. When it belongs to secondary one, it is no need to give a record to the new title, just need to make appropriate modification of the old title, which is substituted for the new title and at the same time 520 field is set for the retrieval point of the old title.
