摘　　要：中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅在《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》中明确提出"推动高校智库发展完善,深入实施中国特色新型高校智库建设推进计划,推动高校智力服务能力整体提升"。为充分贯彻该意见精神,本文应用实证分析方法调查了我国143家高校智库的建设现状,具体就高校智库的省份分布、建设时间、研究领域、学位教育等方面进行可视化分析,找出高校智库建设存在的主要问题,并提出搭建智库信息共享平台、创立高校智库联盟体系、加快建设国际知名智库、丰富高校科研组织范式和以智库研究丰富高校人才培养模式等建议。The general office of the central committee of the CPC and the general office of the state council clearly propose to promote the development of university think tank, thoroughly implement the promotion plan of the construction of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics, and promote the overall improvement of intellectual service ability of university in the Opinions an Strengthening the Construction of New Types of Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics. In order to fully implement the spirit of the opinions, this paper uses empirical analysis method to investigate the current situation of the think tanks construction of 143 universities in China, carries out visual analysis according to the provincial distribution, construction time, study area and degree education, comes to five problems existing in the think tank construction of university, and puts forward some suggestions from five aspects of building sharing information platform of think tank, creating alliance system of university think tank, accelerating the construction of international well-known think tank, enriching the organization paradigm of scientific research in university and enriching the talent training mode through think tank research to these problems.
