摘　　要：图书馆创客空间服务作为新兴的服务模式,为新形势下图书馆的服务创新提供了重要思路。服务团队是图书馆创客空间服务的重要构建要素,分析面向图书馆创客空间服务的学科馆员队伍建设思路具有实践意义。本文在论述学科馆员面向创客空间服务可行性的基础上,从图书馆和学科馆员两个层面阐述了面向图书馆创客空间服务的学科馆员队伍建设思路,前者包括分类甄选、系统培训和健全考核,后者包括转变思维、能力建设和加强合作。As an emerging service mode, makerspace service of library can provide important idea for service innovation of library under the new situation. Service team is an important building factor of library makerspace service, and it is of great practical significance to analyze team building idea of subject librarians for makerspace service of library. Based on the discussion of feasibility of subject librarians for makerspace service, this paper expounds the team building ideas of subject librarians for library makerspace service from two levels of library and subject librarian. The former includes classification selection, systematic training and sound assessment, and the latter includes changing thinking, capacity building and strengthening cooperation.
