摘　　要：通过对美国制宪过程的思考,借鉴其有益经验,如实用主义的理性思维、对制度的信赖、有限政府的理念、多元的政治主义、对宪法的敬畏等五个方面,加快我国民主法治建设。We should accelerate our country＇ s democracy by thinking about the process of constitutionalization in the United States, and learning its useful experience, such as pragmatism＇ s rational thinking, trust in the system, concept of limited government, pluralistic politicalism and constitutional awe rule of law construction.
