贴近实战:论监狱学专业实训教学改革

摘　　要：目前各国警察实训都要求贴近警务实战,监狱学专业实训教学的目标应定位为提高学生的警务实战能力。实战化的实训教学要求教学设计贴近实战需求,教学活动以模拟实战的情景方式展开。监狱学专业的实训内容包括:警察基本实战技能实训、监狱警察基本实战技能实训、各警种专业及综合实战技能实训。通过实训设计、准备、实施和考评等教学活动使实训教学贴近实战,讲究实效。At present, the national police training are required close to the police actual combat, prison professional training teaching objectives should be positioned to improve the quality of the police combat. Practical training teaching practice training design should be close to the actual needs, teaching activities to implement the simulation of the actual situation of the way to start. Prison professional training content includes： the basic combat skills of the police training, the actual combat skills of the prison police training, the police professional and comprehensive practical skills training. Through the training design, preparation, implementation and evaluation of teaching activities so that training teaching close to combat, pay attention to effectiveness.
