摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭情感反应在不同性别低年级大学生愤怒气质与躯体化关联中的调节作用。方法:选取某大学一二年级学生2008人,采用一般情况问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、状态-特质愤怒表达量表修订版及家庭功能评定施测。结果:(1)女生愤怒气质高于男生,家庭情感反应低于男生;(2)男女生躯体化与愤怒气质、家庭情感反应、抑郁和焦虑情绪呈正相关(r=0.12~0.70,P均<0.001);(3)男生家庭情感反应在愤怒气质与躯体化的关联中发挥调节作用(愤怒气质×情感反应β=0.25,P<0.05)。女生中未发现该调节作用。结论:低年级大学生愤怒气质越明显,躯体化症状越多。男生家庭中积极情绪体验及表达越多,越不容易因高愤怒气质而出现躯体化症状。Objective： This study examined whether the variances in family affective responsiveness moderated the linkbetween anger trait and somatization in college students of with different genders. Methods： 2008 college students were re-cruited from a comprehensive university. All participants completed questionnaires including demographic data, SymptomCheck List-90（SCL-90）, State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory 2（STAXI-2） and Family Assessment Device（FAD） to as-sess current somatization, depression, anger trait and family affective response respectively. Results：（1）Female subjects re-ported higher scores on anger trait（P=0.01）, and lower scores on family affective responsiveness than male（P=0.009）.（2）So-matic symptoms were positively linked with anger trait, family affective responsiveness, depression and anxiety in both gen-ders（r=0.12-0.70, Ps0.001）.（3）For males, affective responsiveness moderated the link between anger trait and somatiza-tion（β=0.25, P〈0.05）, but for women this moderation effect was insignificant. Conclusion： Higher proneness in anger con-tributes to somatic symptoms in low-grade college students. For male students, low level of family affective responsivenessis a protecting factor which may reduce the influence of anger trait on somatic symptoms.
