摘　　要：文章基于对河南48家农业企业的调查分析,发现工商资本进入农业存在正负效应以及不同投资动机的运营效果存在明显差异。因此,在引导工商资本进入农业时,要重点鼓励和支持产业延伸和产业关联两种动机类型的工商企业进入农业,高度预防产业投机类型的工商企业进入农业,正确引导产业拓展、产业转移和产业盲从三种动机类型的工商企业进入农业,坚决防止产业享受型工商企业套取国家农业扶持资金。Based on the investigation of 48 agricultural enterprises in Henan Province, it was discovered in the paper that there were positive and negative effects of industrial and commercial capital investing in agriculture and significant differences in the operational effects under different investment motivations. The suggestions were put forward, which include the commercial and industrial enterprises whose motivation types were the industrial extension and industrial relation should be encouraged and supported, but the commercial and industrial enterprises whose motivation types were the industrial speculation should be highly prevented. The commercial and industrial enterprises whose motivation types were industrial expending, industrial transfer and industrial blind obedience should be guided correctly, and the commercial and industrial enterprises whose motivation type was industrial enjoyment should be prevented resolutely.
