黄磷电炉干法提磷工艺路线的探析

摘　　要：通过对电炉法黄磷生产过程的分析,提出一种较为理想的环保工艺技术路线,并对采用该工艺路线的旋风除尘技术进行化工技术经济分析。分析结果表明,该工艺稳定性好,综合性价比高,值得大型黄磷生产企业应用尝试。Through analysis of electric furnace yellow ideal environment friendly technological process is proposed, chemical technology of the cyclone dust removal technology phosphorus production process, a more and an economical efficiency analysis for adopted by the process is carried out. Analysis results show that the process has good stability and high comprehensive cost-performance ratio. It is worth attempting to apply by large-scale yellow phosphorus production enterprises.
