摘 要:以尿素为研究对象,在不改变传统尿素生产工艺的基础上,将提纯浓缩的改性腐殖酸螯合微量元素增效剂与熔融尿液按一定比例混合后,经高塔喷淋造粒制得含腐殖酸改性尿素颗粒。通过试验证明,与普通尿素相比,含腐殖酸改性尿素氨挥发累积量降低45.0%以上,氮肥表观利用率提高7.2%,玉米增产9.57%,具有广阔的市场前景。Urea is used as research object, on the basis of without change to traditional urea production process, purified and concentrated modified humic acid chelated with trace elements synergist is mixed with molten urea solution according to a certain proportion, through high-tower spray priUing, granules of modified urea containing humic acid are made. It is confirmed by experiment that compared with common urea, the cumulative amount of the ammonia volatilization of modified urea containing humic acid decreases by more than 45.0%, the apparent nitrogen use efficiency increases by 7.2%, and maize yield increases by 9.57%, so it has broad market prospects
