摘　　要：原位PCR是一种灵敏度特别高的基因水平上检测技术,该技术通过将原位杂交技术和普通的PCR技术相结合,从而可以检测出组织或细胞中低浓度的特异序列。为促进原位PCR技术的发展完善,简要介绍了原位PCR的基本原理、流程及应用情况。In situ PCR is a highly sensitive gene level detection technique,the technique combines the in situ hybridization with the common PCR technique to detect low concentrations of specific sequences in tissues or cells. In order to promote the development of in situ PCR technology, the basic principle, process and application of in situ PCR were briefly introduced.
