摘  要:文中深入探讨了智能变电站就地化故障录波装置整体方案和路线,以"装置小型化、就地化、标准化"为总体原则,通过二次设备就地无防护安装和功能集成,实现装置小型化、就地化;通过航空插头接口标准化,实现装置"更换式检修";给出了一、二次设备拓扑连接规则定义和模型化描述,实现录波数据专家远程诊断。所提方案统筹考虑变电站二次设备故障录波整体需求,适用于相关技术标准体系建设,对加快完成设备研制及开展各种恶劣工况下的220 k V及以上变电站工程挂网试运行具有积极意义。This paper deeply discusses the outdoor installation mode of smart substation fault recording device in the overall plan and route, by actively promoting the technology innovation of fault record to " device miniaturization, outdoor installation and standardization " as the general principles. Through the secondary equipment in outdoor unprotected installation and functional integration to achieve device miniaturization and local installation; by aerial plug interface standardization to achieve replacement maintenance; and a secondary device topology rule definition and model description is given to achieve the fault recording data expert remote diagnosis. As the plan is intended to consider fault recording device overall demand as a whole in the substation secondary equipment, it is applicable to the relevant technical standard system construction, and of positive significance for speeding up completion of equipment development of 220 kV and above under all kinds of bad working conditions of substation construction commissioning.
