摘　　要：在2013-2014赛季CBA联赛判罚"零容忍"政策出台的背景下,搜集CBA与CUBA相关的视频、文章,运用调查法、文献资料法和比较分析法将两个联赛进行对比研究、分析。结合近三年的CUBA大学生篮球联赛管理的实际战例。研究结果表明,由于两个联赛存在差异,通过加强裁判员对大学生运动员的管理的角度出发,CUBA联赛应探索出适合自身联赛特点的发展的培养模式,推进CUBA大学生篮球联赛成为我国又一培育篮球运动后备人才的新基地。In this article, through the 2013 -2014 season CBA league award zero tolerance policy, collecting the CBA and CUBA related video article, using the method of documentary and comparative analysis to two league comparative analysis combined with CUBA basketball league college students management in nearly three years of practical examples in the research results show that due to the differences between two of the league, by strengthening the referee the perspective of the management of college athletes, CUBA league should explore the training mode of development suited to the characteristics of the own league, advancing the CUBA basketball league college students become the another new base for cultivating basketball reserve talented person.
