尺度政治视角下GDP相关评价指标的耦合协调度分析——以资源型和资本型指标为例

摘　　要：GDP作为测量和评价城市区域发展最重要的指标,对其合成演绎以及与相关评价要素的组合分析至关重要,既能描述GDP与相关评价要素之间的复合结构,达成系统性的评价效果,又能精简评价指标体系体量,助力于城市区域发展评价的优化。本文基于耦合协调度模型,对广州2000—2010年十年间"万元GDP能耗"与"亿元投资新增GDP"两个GDP相关评价指标的耦合协调度展开分析,以此来检验这两项合成指标设计与运用的交互效果,并从尺度政治的视角提出相关对策和建议,以优化GDP相关评价指标的设计与运用。As the most important indicator to measure urban regional development, GDP plays a crucial role in the portfolio analysis of synthesis, interpretation and the related evaluation elements, which not only describes the complex structure between GDP and the related evaluation elements to achieve systemic evaluation results, but also simplify the evaluation indicator system to assist the optimization of urban regional development evaluation. In this paper, we apply the coupling coordination degree model to research the coupling coordination of two GDP related indicators that are'energy consumption per unit of GDP'and'the new GDP of one hundred million investment'from 2000 to 2010 of Guangzhou respectively. The designing and applying interaction effects of these two synthetic indicators are verified. Finally, the suggestions and the relevant countermeasures from the perspective of scaled politics are proposed to optimize the designing and the application of GDP related evaluation indicators.
