摘 要:任意空间角度平面在复杂类零件中应用较广,通过运用数学知识对刀位点进行数值计算和对数控宏程序编程设计,开拓了普通数控铣床加工应用范围,减少了工件定位、装夹次数。借助通用的FANUC 0i mate-MC数控系统平台,编写了应用型特别强的任意空间角度平面数控加工程序,并对程序核心部分的宏程序进行数控仿真和编程设计。已优化的宏程序起始段中的全部变量被赋予正确的数据后,数控程序能够准确地控制球刀刀位点的运行轨迹,确保任意空间角度平面加工精度达到要求。Arbitrary spatial angle plane in complex parts have been widely used in practice. The macro pro- gramming design of numerical calculation and numerical control by using mathematical knowledge on site widen the scope of the application of ordinary CNC milling machine, reduce the workpiece positioning, clamping number. With the help of FANUC 0i mate-MC CNC system platform, write the NC program of plane with an arbitrary spatial angle, which is applied particularly wide. The macro program that is the core part of the program has been passed through by numerical simulation , and has been scientific designed. U- sing a common FANUC 0i mate-MC CNC system, programmer has completed macro programming about the arbitrary spatial angle plane. Giving the correct data in the initial segments of the corresponding macro variables, the CNC machine tools can accurately control the trajectory of ball - end cutter center , and ensure Inclined plane machining accuracy requirements.
