摘 要:为了实现产品和服务的集成化分析,达到质量、品种和效益的有机统一,需对产品服务系统进行模块划分。以功能需求为基点,分析产品和服务之间存在的相关性。首先利用U/C矩阵来刻画产品和服务之间的关联,通过领域映射矩阵的方法对其潜在响应联系进行辨识。由汉明距离公式获取产品服务耦合的模糊相似矩阵。进而运用动态聚类算法将产品和服务的耦合关系反映于分类树图,并以模块内最大适应度值来获取产品服务系统最优集成模块。In order to realize the integrated analyze of products and services. And to organic unify the quali- ty, variety and efficiency, the modularization of products-services-system (pss) is needed. In this paper, taken the functional-requirements as the base point to analyze the correlation between the product and the service. U/C matrix is used to describe the link between the products and services. Recognized the potential responding relationship between the products and services by the method of the field-mapping-matrix . To get the fuzzy similar matrix of products and services by the Hamming distance formula. Using the dynamic clustering algorithm to reflect the coupling relationship between products and services on the classification- tree-diagram . And acquiring the optimal integrated modular of the product service system according to the maximum fitness value of the module. Finally, nc machine tool is used as an example to validate this con- clusion.
