摘 要:天然气体系中的芳烃、重烃组分在低温下析出,堵塞设备、阀门,给天然气液化的生产过程带来安全隐患。因此,预测天然气在低温下芳烃、重烃组分析出的条件,对于天然气液化生产工艺中低温预处理脱除芳烃、重烃时合理的温度和压力选择具有重要的指导意义。苯和甲苯是天然气体系中重要的芳烃组分。本文以某天然气体系为计算示例,根据相平衡理论和相态计算,建立天然气低温相平衡热力学模型,通过计算苯和甲苯分别在一定压力、不同温度下体系气液平衡逸度和纯固体逸度数值,得到一系列不同压力下固态苯和固态甲苯析出温度的计算结果。本计算方法可以有效预测出天然气体系中固态苯和固态甲苯的析出条件。The low temperature precipitation of aromatic and heavy hydrocarbon components in the natural gas system results in many problems in the process of natural gas liquefaction, such as blocking equipment and valves and bringing security risks. Therefore, the prediction of low temperature precipitation condtions of arenes and heavy hydrocarbon components is significant for determining the reasonable temperature and pressure for removing arenes and heavy hydrocarbons in the low temperature pretreatment of natural gas liquefaction process. Benzene and toluene are two main components of arenes in the natural gas systems. In this paper, based on the phase equilibrium theory and phase calculation method, a thermodynamic model of natural gas low temperature phase equilibriumwas established. The gas-liquid equilibrium fugacities and pure solid fugacities of benzene and toluene were calculated at the given pressures and different temperatures, by which a series of temperatures of solid benzene and toluene precipitation under different pressures were obtained. This method can effectively predict the precipitation conditions of solid benzene and toluene in natural gas systems.
