摘  要:介绍了变压吸附法回收炼厂干气中乙烯资源(即C2及以上组分)技术的应用和对某石化厂回收干气中乙烯资源变压吸附装置的调试及运行结果的简介,分析了装置运行参数中吸附时间、置换气量和真空度对产品乙烯资源纯度和回收率的影响,并通过装置的调试和标定结果说明:只要合理设置这3个参数,装置回收乙烯资源的回收率和纯度就均能达到较高水平。为变压吸附法回收干气中乙烯资源装置的技术改进和设计提供了基础数据。The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process for recovering ethylene resources (i.e. C2 and above components) of refinery dry gas and its commissioning and operation in a petrochemical plant were introduced. The effects of operating parameters including adsorption time, displacement volume and vacuum degree on the purity of ethylene product and the recovery of ethylene resources were analyzed. The commissioning and calibration results of the plant showed that As long as these three parameters are set reasonably, the recovery and purity of the recovered ethylene resources can reach a high level. It provides the basic data for technical improvement and design of the recovery of ethylene from dry gas by PSA.
